Scope and Content
The Zeiss Projector series of the Adler Planetarium Historic Photograph collection contains images of the Carl Zeiss Works produced planetarium projector Mark II (and later Mark III) that was used to project images in the Sky Theater between 1930 and 1961. The series consists of sub-series of images showing parts of the projector, the projector assembled and positioned in the Sky Theater, the projector in close-ups, and in posed photographs with Adler technicians and other people.
