Single unmarked glass. In cylindrical frame with five pillars. Frame intricately constructed from woven and plaited silk and gold threads and twisted cords forming rosettes and strapwork. Gold threads are gilt silver wire wound tightly around silk thread. Weaving couch-mounted on gold leaf over cloth, then wound around brass wires within the pillars and stretched perhaps over wooden spindles within the top and bottom of the frame. Top and bottom contain enamel portraits of male and female saints. Grey effluence, likely lead powder.
