Map: Terrestrial world, with volvelles ("Il Globo Terracqueo...")

Two polar projections of hemispheres, each with a circular volvelle, horizon, and pointer. The volvelles are in perfect working order, held in place by a thread that allows them to rotate. From Coronellis' "Epitome Cosmographia" 1693.
