Octagonal dial with scroll work ornamentation that is cut out along edges of plate. Base supported by 3 leveling screws (1 screw missing). Has gilt brass plumb-bob bracket with iron bob. Blued arrow-shaped needle, type 14. (please note as of '1994 the plumb-bob bracket with bob is missing)
