One of six engraved copper plates for printing charts of the ecliptic for a celestial atlas that was never published. No constellation images. Plate W-259c contains the inscription 'Mr. Bishop's Ecliptical Chart Hour 13." At the top of plate W-259c "Epoch 1852" is engraved. The plate is a rectangular copper plate with stars engraved throughout the chart, starting at the 13th hour and moving towards the 14th hour.
