Apollo 13 CSM malfunction manual

The cover of this malfunction procedures manual for the command module of Apollo 13 was torn off and used to make a scrubber, which converted carbon dioxide into oxygen, allowing the crew to breathe safely for the rest of the aborted flight. The caricature on the manual is of Jack Swigert, who was partially responsible for the development of this malfunction procedures manual.
