Very similar to Hans Troschel diptych W-34. Wind rose with 32 numbered points; half labeled in German. Rotating arm with pointing hand. Hole to view compass needle filled with glass held by a wire spring. Compass plate has offset meridian (~7°E) and another arrow inked for magnetic deviation (~15°W); Latin cardinal points. Needle, glass. spring missing. Four latch hooks.
