Letter from F. Wagner Schlesinger, Director of the Adler Planetarium to K.A. Bauer, Carl Zeiss, Inc.

In the letter Schlesinger provides information on two special lamps for the Zeiss projector as requested. The two lamps are made by Westinghouse: 115 volt, 1,000 watt 1MPS52/3 export mogul base and 6 volt, 10 watt bayonet base double contact. Schlesinger also references a 100 watt lamp but states that he doesn't know if either Westinghouse or G.E. has ever made them. He instead suggests using a standard projection or spot lamp instead.
