Same design as striding bubble level A-299. With 3 fine adjustment screws. Reservoir uncalibrated. Metal clips missing. "C Theod. 3" engraved on leg; "C" scratched twice on top of housing. Originally used with the United States Coast survey simple transit theodolite, L-29.
