Horizontal sundial compass with screw-on lid. Hinged gnomon for latitude 48°. Hour circle with Roman numerals. Polychrome compass rose in compass box. Blued, t-bar needle, type 15. Paper disk pasted inside the lid with speckled shield and three flowers above the maker's inscription. Matchmarks (VII) on top of lid and undersides of compass box and hour circle.
