Memo explains the need for upgrades to the Adler's Zeiss projector in order to bring it up to the contemporary standards in the U.S. States that upgrades will cost about $20,000. Memo adds that when the "Graded" [sic] school programs begin the need for the improvements will become acute as two daily lectures will feature different types of accessories. The word "begin" in "When graded school program lectures begin…" is crossed out and the handwritten change states " started in Sept." Initials next to this change are not legible.
