Barometer: Scale only

Rectangular brass plate graduated on one edge into 30 parts. In center of scale, a wind rose of 4 cardinal points plus northeast and southwest points labeled in German initials. This scale would have been part of a Barometer.

One end of scale marked "S" and other "NO".

Along side scale "Gut im steigen, GöB im fallen."
