Horizontal rule with rotating pin-hole sight opposite a divided window sight on its side edge. Rule graduated [0]-60 every 1/2 unit. Hinged vertical rule with another divided window sight on its end. Angle between rules adjusted by a screw near the hinge; screw threaded through lower rule and hits a steel pad on the upper rule. Upper rule has chamfered edge and is marked 50 in its middle. Sliding cursor along lower rule carries a hinged, but weighted arm calibrated 0-50 every 1/2 unit. Lower rule has threaded socket with locking screw to fix rule's angle. In a fitted wooden box partly lined with green velvet; 2 brass latch hooks.
