Dial has nautical ring; pin gnomon missing. Shackle present, but suspension ring missing. Equatorial hour ring has Roman numeral hours. Decorated with roses and tulips. Worgan specialized in surveying instruments and dials. He wrote a pamphlet, use of a Ring Dial (1694) for purchase with the instrument.
