Parallel wooden rulers with brass parallel links. Links are scallop-cut. Concentric grooves around rivets connecting links to rulers. Brass pins in center of each ruler. Maker's inscription along bottom ruler; faint owner's name with some unintelligible marks and a date are also on the bottom ruler. Tapered edges of rulers are opposite and reversed.
