Letter states that Carl Zeiss, Inc. will make an exception to its payment terms [3 installments] and will accept the Park District's payment in full upon presentation of shipping documents. It goes on to ask that a letter confirming these terms be sent to Walter Schlipp of Carl Zeiss, Inc. It also references letters of August 21, 1959, February 26, 1960 and March 15, 1960 concerning the possibility that there may be some changes to the final price.
