Rectangular box with short pierced lever. On top, a semicircular scale, 1-10 every 1, and a circular dial, 0-1000 every 100. On bottom, a small dial, 0-10 every 1 and a larger dial, 0-100 every 10. All four scales have a blued steel hand; rosette engraved in center of scale. Four holes on sides of box for attaching missing brass loops for a strap.
