Spherical pendulum bob with threaded handle pierced to receive a cord. Bob can be set to swing over a circular azimuth plate divided 0-180-0° every 1°. Plate made of some insulating composition material and has a metal coil embedded within its upper surface. Coil attached to an electric connector on circumference of plate. Plate attached to pedestal base by a spring and sits on three leveling screws. Tightening screw on pedestal.
