Four-sided measuring rod, tapering slightly towards one end. Both ends are sheathed in a square brass cap. Protruding from caps are small brass knobs; knobs at the larger end is pierced and has ring to act as a hanger. Hanger is on ball joint or something so that it rotates a full 360°.
