Sundial: Skaphe

Hemispherical skaphe supported on a rusty iron frame with a cross-bar base. Drainage hole in bottom of bowl. Side-mounted, pole-pointing gnomon is a double-ogee cone formed by scrolling copper bands attached to an iron stem.
