Philip Fox letter to Mabel V. Socha

Per the letter, Mabel V. Socha requested a copy of the Customs Duty Exemption application which Dr. Fox could not locate. Fox was able to send a copy of the December 3, 1928 letter to Anthony Czarnecki, Collector of Customs and letter of November 30, 1928 signed by E.W. Camp, Commissioner of Customs on the exemption.
