Gilt rectangular plate resting on 1 gilt foot and 2 silver levelling screws. Silver plumb-bob holder is an intricately cut-out with lacy pattern of swirling acanthus leaves. Plumb-bob is gilt. Hour scale marked in Arabic numerals.
