Sundial: Pillar

Wooden pillar with turned cap surmounted by a brass eyelet. Folding pewter gnomon. Hour scale cut into wood; numerals and letters punched. Cuts filled with red and black. Hour scale for 6 months doubled over. Dial for latitude of 42.5°.
