Rectangular gilt box with glazing. Four silver dials of ascending sizes: 0-10 every 1; 0-100 every 10; 0-1000 every 100; 0-1'0000 every 1000. Silver hands on dials. Space around dials engraved with foliate strapwork and two snakes. Geometric border around glass.
