Dividers: With screw adjustment

Iron dividers with adjustment similar to M-77, but shorter. Long joint with brass discs; plates from one leg slide into the other. Leg with the inner plates has some scalloping on edges. Chiselled moulding on legs leads directly into the points. Points have polygonal cross section. Same type of gilt brass wing nuts, attachment rings and caps for screw as M-77. Center collar on screw is iron; may be part of screw itself or soldered on.
