Face laid out with voriart Gunter-type projection for 52° latitude. Winter hours labeled II and V along left raduis; VI-XI above hour lines, with the XII line labeled between horizon and ecliptic. Number 4 is shown as IIII. Above declination scale calendar is divided into 4 arcs. Each arc reprsents a season. Five stars listed. Below star box is signature. Replacement and rivet of inch mid point on declination scale. Upper sight and plumb bob missing. Reverse has horizontal sundial.
