Description
A single crescent dial is similar to the double crescent dial except for its single crescent hour scale and its curved gnomon, which is adjustable for solar declination, must be flipped from one side of the dial to the other once the sun has crossed the meridian. (This is a defective, non-functional forgery based on an illustration in Mrs. Gatty's 4th edition.)
