In the letter Schlesinger tells Bauer that the Zeiss projector is in fine condition and is being maintained by Curt Richter. States that the only additions to projector have been a gear shift for slow daily motion and a polar altitude indicator. Acknowledges that spare materials are very difficult to find but if they have horizon lights to let Schlesinger know. If not, a photo or drawing of the horizon lights might help the Adler make some.
