Silvered dodecahedral (12-faced) dial mounted on a turned gilt bronze base. Compass (modern?) embedded in upper horizontal surface. Silvered compass plate with rose marked with Latin abbreviations. Blued needle, type 14. For latitude 25° (approximately). Eleven gnomons (one silvered gnomon missing).
