CB-94 is a sketch of a bird sitting on heart made out of vines. There are vines, leaves, and what looks like round small fruit (maybe cranberries) surrounding the bird. Attached to the middle of the sketch is a butterfly. It is unsure if it is meant to be taped there or not.
