Rectangular protractor very similar to W-115. Ruled straight edge on (a) is oddly numbered in equal parts 4-0-16. On (b), the 1/2 inch and 1/4 inch diagonal sections of the lower scale are reversed (compared to W-115). Scale of chords on (b) is marked, but not labelled as such.
