Ball-jointed compass, typical of Dominicus Lusuerg compasses and dividers. One interchangeable steel point, presently a divider point. Point has squared shank that fits in bottom of compass leg. Side wing screw is decoratively pierced. Maker's inscription on inside of one leg.
