Full protractor with inner moveable ring held by X cross piece. One arm of the cross piece is marked in inches 0-6.5 by 1/10. A cursor moves along this arm. Brass is machine rolled and cut. Notches along outside edge at zero degrees and 180 degrees. Near each notch is a hole.
