Open, half-circle protractor. Complete 180° flush with base; no additional brass for base bar. Base (diameter edge) has sloped straight edge with small notch to mark center of circle. Inner opening has scalloped edges; notch in scallop on upper edge of base bar marks the center for angle measurement. Protractor ring tapers towards outer edge.
