Quadruple sand glass in wooden frame with carved pillars, pierced leather frieze, turned finials, back plate with axle hole. Frame very dry and crumbling with missing pieces. Glasses for 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, and 4/4 hours; marked in red paint. Weak joint on 1/4-hour glass; bound with tape. Glasses for 3/4 and 4/4 hours broken. White effluent.
