Description

Octagonal base with hinged latitude arm. Equatorial plane is cut from an octagonal plate, but is decoratively trimmed on 1 half. Hour scale is engraved on top of plate. Pin-gnomon is hinged to plate. Diamond shaped, blue/silver needle, type 11.
