Octagonal plate resting on 3 turned feet, with plumb-bob holder (bob missing). Silvered hour ring has Roman numerals on top; hatchmarks inside. Latitude to right arm rather than to left. Needle, type 1. Case is cloth covered, lined with maroon and taupe velvet, partly faded. There is also a loose screw that is being held in a paper envelope in the same box as the other parts of T-13.
